Mummy Wine Culture, Manifesting Your Life Purpose and Purposeful Living

March 28, 20241 min read

I recently had the opportunity to share my personal story of overcoming struggles with alcohol and body image on the podcast "Not Drinking (Alcohol) Today".

During the podcast, we talked about the widespread "Mummy Wine Culture" and how it affects women and their families. We questioned the idea that drinking wine is always harmless and amusing and instead highlighted the serious impact it can have. I shared my own experiences and journey to sobriety, and we discussed the need for a more supportive and understanding approach to those who choose not to drink.

We also explored the power of finding one's purpose and the practice of manifesting. By sharing real-life examples, we showed how giving up alcohol can bring clarity and help people discover their life's purpose. From manifesting writing books to my own journey, we emphasized the importance of believing in the process and staying focused on goals.

Our conversation was aimed at giving the listeners practical tools for living a more mindful and purposeful life.

I love helping people find their deeper purpose. When I decided to go alcohol-free, change my habits, and create new routines, I had to work a lot on my mindset. This process helped me begin the journey to help others to unlock their full potential. I believe seeking support and building connections can provide the encouragement, guidance, and empathy needed to navigate and sustain personal change.
