Embracing the Art of Not Fitting In: My Podcast Chat with The Sober Edge
I recently had the privilege of being a guest on The Sober Edge podcast, where I had the opportunity to discuss my work as a coach, and author.
As the host noted, my children's book "Miranda Learns the Art of Not Fitting In" has implications for the alcohol-free lifestyle, as we can teach our kids the valuable lesson of not conforming to societal expectations. This theme of "not fitting in" is something many of us face when choosing to live an alcohol-free life.
I love helping people find their deeper purpose. When I decided to go alcohol-free, change my habits, and create new routines, I had to work a lot on my mindset. This process helped me begin the journey to help others to unlock their full potential. I believe seeking support and building connections can provide the encouragement, guidance, and empathy needed to navigate and sustain personal change.
